At Q-tech, we are collaborating with a leading company in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of High-Value Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), primarily for respiratory use. They are currently experiencing significant growth and have ambitious plans for international expansion in the near future.
As part of their expansion strategy, they are seeking to bolster their technical teams and are looking to onboard a SAP expert. Reporting directly to the company's IT Director, this individual will play a pivotal role in the FI/CO or SD/MM modules. They will be responsible for both the management and maintenance of the company's SAP systems and providing functional and technical support to various departments. Additionally, they will collaborate with an external consultancy for project execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing level 1 SAP support to users across different company departments and level 2 support to the Finance (FI/CO) and/or Commercial (SD/MM) areas.
- Gathering change request requirements and proposing solutions based on standard functionality and SAP best practices.
- Identifying gaps and suggesting workarounds or custom developments, with the assistance of an external partner when necessary.
- Documenting incident resolutions, change requests, and improvement projects, sharing knowledge with the rest of the team and key users.
- Delivering training to end-users to ensure efficient use of SAP applications.
- Proposing enhancements and participating in upgrade and customization projects.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience providing support to end-users in FI/CO or SD/MM or PP modules.
- Experience in SAP system implementation, leading the functional and/or technical aspects of a relevant module.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into standard solutions following best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
- SAP certification is a plus.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
