The role

As a core member of their team, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the strategic direction and lifecycle management of this groundbreaking AI initiative. You will be entrusted with shaping the product vision, refining strategies, and ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

Key Functions:

• Be a part of the strategic planning, developing and executing comprehensive roadmaps, defining initiatives, timelines, and resource allocations to drive the product's evolution.
• Stakeholder collaboration to engage closely with internal teams - Analytics (AI), Infrastructure Development, and UX/UI Design, fostering strong collaborative relationships. Externally, interact with high-level technical counterparts among clients, application developers, device integrators, system integrators, and AI developers.
• Guide engineering teams, ensuring a clear understanding of customer problems, and driving innovative solutions.
• Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the engineering manager to optimize resource allocation and drive talent efficiency.
• Define and enforce quality standards, conduct regular reviews, and implement improvements as necessary.
• Track progress, KPIs, and adherence to schedules, presenting comprehensive status reports to stakeholders and management.
