For a very stable industrial company, dedicated to the manufacture of products and equipment to improve energy efficiency, we are looking for a Product Owner with a technical background.

 

As a product owner, you will lead the vision of a product that can get the most of our devices. Converting time series data and alerts into business actionable information for our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create a Product strategy that ensures effective alignment with the Company's Product Roadmap.
- Collect requirements, perform user research, and analyze market needs to understand business needs and translate it into features.
- Break down features into stories and release incrementally.
- Work closely with the UX team to provide clear specifications for the engineering team.
- Analyze and prioritize the product backlog.
- Clearly communication of the vision, roadmap, and releases to the stakeholders and the company.
- Track and analyze product usage and performance metrics.
- Collect product feedback to improve the product.

- Strong software development background and willingness to move to a Product Management/Ownership role or 1 years + Product Owner/ Manager experience in a Software as a Service environment.
- Strong written and communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), development workflows.
- Technical web application awareness (HTML, CSS, API) to effectively manage features.
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps,
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and business departments.
- Data-driven and strong analytical skills.

- Experience in the Energy Industry.
- Experience with business intelligence and dashboard design.
- Analytical thinking and strong UX/UI skills & understanding of user experience.
- SW development background in digital cloud development.
- Experience with user tracking platforms, such as, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etcetera.
