Our client has a B2B product that helps companies increase product safety and quality along their supply chains. Their objective? Converting supplier qualification processes by changing the way supplier data is collected, processed, and shared among industry stakeholders.

They monetize from its beginning, and its business model is scalable and profitable.

They are expanding globally. For that reason, they are looking to grow their team of 15 to 25 people in a short time. Currently they are looking for at least 5 Backend Engineers, who will:

• Re-build the architecture from scratch – hexagonal architecture and NodeJS
• Build the future of their tech team
• Identify and solve the key issues & needs of their customers
• Shape new products that enhance their solution for different target groups
• Create new features from what you observed
• Set-up their “Infrastructure as code” with the CTO
• Implement new languages and libraries
• Troubleshoot issues and present disaster scenarios

From Q-tech we are collaborating with a Pharma tech company that offers a B2B solution to ensure that the Supply Chain complies with all the regulatory part, allowing manufacturers to connect with the different suppliers and request the audit.

They are in full growth and in a key moment to find new complementary business models to scale even more exponentially.

We are looking for a Product Manager profile that will contribute to the discovery of new opportunities, reporting directly to the CTO/CPO.

What will be your responsibilities? 

- Conduct interviews 

- Creating hypotheses around optimizations and new features; writing user stories; analyzing metrics. 

- Coordination and support with other departments (Marketing and Development). 

- Market and competitor monitoring.

What are we looking for?

- At least 4 years of experience as Product Manager/Product Owner. 

- Previous experience in Start-Up/Scale-Up/B2B environment. 

- Experience in Product Marketing 

- Experience in analytics and customer discovery 

- Fluent in English

Nuestro cliente, Banc Sabadell, se encuentra en búsqueda de un perfil de Application Manager para fortalecer y potenciar el equipo de Responsables de Aplicaciones en el área de Cuentas y Personas, bajo el rol de Domain Manager (DOM).

El objetivo principal de esta unidad, es garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las aplicaciones, encargándose del tiempo, alcance y coste.

Funciones:

• Gestión del presupuesto asignado a la Unidad
• Garantía del buen servicio y correspondiente seguimiento de las aplicaciones
• Liderar, gestionar y seguimiento de los desarrollos y mantenimientos de las aplicaciones, colaborando estrechamente con el partner tecnológico.
• Gestión de proyectos y proveedores vinculados a dicho servicio y la demanda del mismo.

¿Qué valoramos?

• Profundo conocimiento funcional en el ámbito de Personas y/o Cuentas (Contratación, Liquidación, Depósitos, ARPF, FTF, EA…)
• Experiencia gestionando equipos y proyectos multidisciplinares
• Experiencia en toma de requerimientos con usuarios, seguimiento y validaciones de soluciones técnicas, así como apoyo funcional.
• Dominio de mainframe COBOL/CICS/DB2.
• Se valorará experiencia en entorno Banc Sabadell.
• Nivel de inglés (B2+)
