We are looking for a Senior QA Mobile Manager 'hands on' for a one of Europe's "hottest Startups".
What you'll do:
-Help our Client to build and shape a kick-ass engineering team.
-Manage a team of QA Functionals, making sure they have what they need to keep growing and advancing their careers.
-Constantly seek opportunities to improve their quality and testing processes.
-Continuously improve the way they work, how they build their organization and deliver on their mission to "make things a little more human"
-Share the importance of QA across the company and introduce the automation in their processes.
Who you are:
-You have a technical background, experience in test automation, and have worked in a team lead or management role before
-You're comfortable in the spot between QA, people management, and product development
-Your passion for people is paired with a keen interest to understand and grow our business
-You have good communication skills and you enjoy working in a team and collaborating with other team members. You value receiving feedback from your peers and you're able to provide constructive feedback.
-You evaluate and appreciate everybody's point of view and prefer to reach consensus over imposing decisions.
-You're able to identify the strengths and interests of QA Engineers and find the perfect project(s) for each one to work on while challenging them
-You're fluent in written and spoken English
-You've led agile development teams in a fairly fluid environment, collaborating with product owners, technical leads, and agile coaches
-You're a facilitator, coach, and mentor, and thrive in ambiguous situations between technologies and human beings
-You have some experience before in Mobile Testing and Automation.
