We are working with a newly created company, formed by an experienced team in the field of Data Science, which is building a platform to build actionable AI Apps for retail and SaaS, both nationally and internationally.
They work on a SaaS for data visualization and predictive analytics, which with a few months of life has already reached dozens of online businesses. Needless to say, artificial intelligence is a fundamental and foundational part of this project.
They are ready to take the project to the next level, and so we are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer, with experience in B2B projects, to help them to align and integrate all processes and strategies to generate revenue for the company.
- Outline the company’s ideal target.
- Define the most suitable markets and market segments.
- Create an outreach with current and future customers and coordinate their implementation through sales channels, marketing, and communications.
- Identify sales opportunities and grow their presence.
- Take responsibility for the retention of customers.
- Develop growth strategies and coordinate all the activities of the company that generate revenue.
- Communicate vision, motivate teams, and ensure great performance and competitive atmosphere.
- Create a sales culture across the organization.
- Supervise existing sales channels and partnerships and add new ones.
- Develop and improve the company’s propositions.
- Participate in contract negotiations.
- Detect the needs of different roles and professionals to complete the team.
- Participate in interviews and throughout the entire hiring cycle.
- Coordinate an efficient hiring process and quick onboarding of sales and marketing new joiners.
