Our client is a top-flight international consultancy that offers digital transformation consultancy and high level architectural/development services to major tech driven companies/tech companies/companies that need to upscale/improve current tech scenario. Common projects might be building Microservices architecture on a monolithic platform/framework, improving or introducing scalability, establishing or improving CI and CD…TDD. Data engineering…introducing search, complex technologies and 3rd party SW integration …

Besides project oriented services, our client offers IT consultancy and IT advisory and training/mentoring. The development teams are mentored and managed by top globally respected SW craftsmen.

The Head of Professional Services will have four major areas of performance:

  • Capability: aligning teams and projects, recruiting, operations strategy …
  • Delivery: project management, timing, delivery, workloads …
  • Presales: Support the sales team for new and existing clients and proposals …
  • Profitability: RFP’s, SLA’s, budgets, estimations, account management, finance …

The position will manage client expectations…will participate in Presales presentations collaborating with business development…manage the projects (timings, costs, budgets, deliverables)…. coordinate with architects and development teams to insure timely and correct delivery of solutions to new and old major accounts/clients and upsell services when opportunity is identified.

He/she will be the liaison between the Dev teams/architects/SW Craftsman and the client.

This is NOT a body shopping consultancy/company – it’s very high-level SW consultancy and SW development – teams in 4 cities of very highly qualified SW engineers (not outsourced to clients) 

Requisitos básicos

The right candidate should have:

  • People management skills
  • Tech/Dev project management skills
  • Client/stakeholder management skills
  • Presales/proposal skills
  • Strong tech background with an overall understanding of current architectural digital solutions and cloud ecosystem
  • Must be a leader by nature, dynamic and enthusiastic professional
  • Excellent communication skills: a proficient working English + native Spanish
