Our client is an insurtech startup based in Barcelona with the vision to become the go-to place for first-time insurance buyers, by disrupting the way they perceive, buy and consume these products.

They started with travel-insurance, but they expanded to e-mobility (insurance for bicycles, kick-scooters and motorbikes).
 
Currently they are entering on new verticals (like home, pets, electronics, among others), so they have lots of new adventures to work in!

They are a team composed by 16 people and nowadays they are looking for a Backend Engineer willing to face new challenges.

Requisitos básicos
  • +3 years of programming experience developing web services or REST applications
  • Strong background in Python
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases
  • Experience or knowledge in Redis and Celery
  • Experience or knowledge in testing
  • Experience or knowledge in CI / CD pipelines
  • Experience or knowledge using docker
Requisitos deseados
  • Experience in Django or Flask frameworks
  • Experience in some IaaS provider (AWS preferably)
  • Knowledge or show interest in machine learning and prediction models
  • Experience or show interest in non-relational databases
