SAP Business Process Analysts ( SD, MM,PP,PM,PS)

Empresa: Multinational consumer products company is looking to recruit Business Process Analysts for its team responsible for SAP delivery and solutions across Europe.
Descripción del Trabajo: The positions to be filled are in the Commercial (SD, OTC processes) and the Operations (MM, PP, PM, PS) areas respectively and are located in the Company’s offices in the centre of Barcelona. The company offers a permanent contract, a solid career plan and a competitive salary. The role involves, and is responsible for processes consistent the Regional Business and SAP Operating Model and the Business requirements of the company’s Business and Market units already operating on the common European template. The Analyst will be the focal point for interactions between Super/ Key users, Business process owners, Europe Functional Leads/experts, Centre of Excellence functional teams and the off-shore delivery team.
Requisitos: -University degree, preferably Engineering, Computer Sciences or Business Administration - Deep technical and functional knowledge of the given SAP module (for commercial: SD, OTC processes and for operations: MM, PP, PM, PS), and broad knowledge of the integration points with the rest. - 2-3 years of SAP support experience (this could include key/super users) in a multi-country preferably global environment. Candidates that are SAP consultants with 2 or 3 years experience with a SAP consultancy/partner will be considered. - Experience in working with off-shore teams - Good overview of the given end-to-end business process. Good understanding of the ITIL procedures and principles - Tools (ARIS, Solman, HP OVSD, HPQC) - Ability and willingness to travel on a frequent base - Fluent English is a must. - Strong coordination, change management and good time management skills and ability to work in virtual teams. Good communication: bridging business users of different levels with the various IT organizations. - Experience in stakeholder / expectation management in large organizations. Team player and naturally motivating others.
