Tech Product Manager

Our client is the SaaS Cloud platform that delivers results in real-time and turns Market Research into an everyday solution for brands globally.

Their mission is to bring the best possible result to users and democratize market research, making it accessible to everyone across the globe.

With more than 50 people in total, their Product + IT team (which is composed of 20 talented professionals) is growing!

The Role

They are looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager to contribute decisively to the product and business growth, working in one of their core Squads.

As Product Manager, you will lead product initiatives, having a direct impact on the overall product vision and strategy.

What will the Product Manager be doing?

• Work with the executive team and stakeholders on developing a robust strategy.
• Define quarterly OKRs with your Squad and contribute to their execution.
• Define the Squad roadmap to deliver the company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with our product-centric engineering team, driving high-velocity iterations to validate and build the most impactful initiatives.
• Work with their market research experts and our customer success team to identify specific areas of opportunity in our existing customer base.
• Work with product designers and researchers to identify areas of opportunity in the broader market of potential users.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, establishing clear and measurable goals.

• You have worked for a software product company and understand the technology and architecture behind a SaaS platform.
• You have developed complex and data-related initiatives, and ideally, you have a technical, engineering or scientific background.
• You have a business-oriented mindset, love to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• You have led product development with a user-centric mindset, following product discovery and user research techniques and processes.
• You have worked with engineering teams following Lean and Agile values and practices.
• You have creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have the curiosity to stay abreast with relevant market trends in the Market Research industry.
• You have the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
